	DR. HELEN MAGNUS	ladyofblood
	¤ Meja enjoys Helen's company and admires her intelligence and compassion for others. She still isn't sure how she managed to get such an amazing friend, and she's incredibly grateful that she has. Helen is someone else she would be very protective of. She's teaching Helen Norwegian, and Helen's teaching her French.

	¤ Meja likes Martha quite a bit, and enjoys hanging out with her whenever they get a chance to do so. She knows there's probably a lot of pain under the surface that Martha hides (Meja is well-versed at that sort of thing), but she doesn't push her. She's happy to give Martha whatever sort of company she'd like.

	¤ Ciara is a good soul, and Meja would stick by her even if it wasn't asked. She really appreciates her warmth and friendliness, and her guidance (when given). Meja admires that Ciara has been through traumatic things and doesn't, for the most part, let them get her down. She's got a loyal friend in this Norwegian.

	JACOBY MARSHLIGHT	borrowingtime
	¤ Jacoby's helped Meja out twice, which she's very grateful for, and she appreciates his sense of humor. She's pretty certain that behind the flippant humor, there's a tired soul who's very loyal to his friends; Meja can empathize. She has his back, if he needs it, and she feels fairly protective of him.

	Raven and Meja get on extremely well, but both avoid the topic of mythology for different reasons. Meja considers Raven a good friend.

	ARYA STARK	littleorphanarry
	¤ Meja enjoys Arya's spark and spirit, and they have some tragic similarities. She spars with her and tries to provide some guidance, because she knows exactly what dealing with that sort of pain can do to a person (that, and there are plenty of negative role models in the Observatory). Though others may turn up their nose at the thought of teaching a child to fight, Meja knows from Raven that Arya's world is harsh, and that Arya needs to know how to fight. She has no qualms with teaching defensive strategies.

	¤ Meja's pretty sure that Donna is a good soul, with a very ordered and curious nature about the world.

	¤ Narcissa seems smart, witty and stylish. Anyone who likes animals is good in Meja's book. She not entirely certain what the young woman sees in her, since presumably Narcissa holds social gatherings with people in a much higher class, but she's not about to turn down her company.

	¤ They've solved a few Observatory problems together, and Meja definitely likes Sabriel and admires her spirit. If Sabriel needed help, Meja wouldn't hesitate to offer it (and has).

	¤ She doesn't know Steve all that well, but she can tell that he has a good heart and a good sense of humor. And hey, he got her name's pronunciation right on the first try.

	LADY CHRISTINA DE SOUZA	ladyofadventure
	They get on pleasantly enough. She and Meja coordinated a bit during the Heartless invasion, and she's done missions with her before that.

	¤ Meja doesn't know him that well, but found his company enjoyable during her birthday boozing celebrations.

	¤ Mal seems capable and intelligent, and Meja does truly enjoy her sense of humor. She looks forward to getting to know her better.

	¤ Talking to a dinosaur is a new experience. She likes it, but still, it takes some getting used to.

	¤ Sarah Jane seems kind and level-headed. Meja enjoys her company. She'd definitely like to get to know her better.

	¤ Meja has mixed thoughts about Ruby, since she's a demon in a borrowed body and everything. But if Ruby asked for help, she would probably still do it — so long as it also benefited someone along with Ruby.

	She's nice enough, and an okay drinking buddy. But Meja's senses something uneasy about her.

	This guy really needs to learn how to relax. Meja isn't sure how to tell him that, exactly. She'd prefer to let others socialize. But being that he's a security officer, she'd back him up if she saw him in trouble. Depending on the situation.

	¤ He was a mystery before, but apparently he doesn't mind killing people. That earns him a black mark in Meja's book.

D R O P P E D

	EIRÍKUR RAGNARSSON	deadpans
	¤ Meja's first real friend at the Observatory. She enjoyed the fact that she could be as sarcastic as she wanted around him, and that they could speak Norwegian to each other. They had an easy camaraderie that came as a surprise to her, since Meja was very guarded and uneasy when she first arrived, and probably was a surprise to him, too. His friendship was a comfort, one that she didn't take lightly.

	¤ Meja's first true "best friend"; she viewed Anna almost like a surrogate sister of sorts, a confidant. She felt very comfortable around her, and was able to forget a lot of her troubles with Anna's companionship. Meja knew Anna was more than capable of defending herself (she survived being captured and all), but still, those angels who harmed her should be glad that they never found a Window.

	¤ Meja was sort of exasperated by Cas, but ultimately also fond of him. She hopes that he's doing better, now, in his travels.

	¤ Despite their language barrier, which was navigated by their daemons, Meja was extremely intrigued about his world and by the quiet teen himself.

	¤ She didn't know Peggy all that well, but she appreciated how pragmatic the woman seemed to be.

	¤ Meja adored Lirem, in the platonic sense. She liked his enthusiasm for all forms of life and culture. And she appreciated that he seemed to be a good soul on top of it all. He had a few problems, but they seemed to mostly be issues pressed onto him from his own culture (seriously, disabled people aren't second-class citizens).

	¤ Anthy certainly seems very knowledgeable, and like an interesting person. Meja isn't quite sure about her, yet.

	¤ They only spoke a few times over the Network, but Meja had nothing bad to say about him. He was handy with his tools, certainly.

	¤ Meja didn't write him off, but still, she was a little glad to see him go. Sharing such a unique name with a guy who wants to kill you is never a comforting thing.

	¤ Meja kept interaction to a minimum, since Richelle reminded her far too strongly of some of the meaner kids when she was growing up. But she harbored no truly bad feelings.

	¤ Meja liked the quiet teen, though she didn't know her all that well.

	¤ A good friend. Frost helped her out in a huge way during Ragnarok, and was been somewhat of a mentor during her most trying times. She enjoyed his company, despite what others may think, and winter reminds her of some of her best memories. Even though he seems to have disappeared, she'll remember her debt to him.

	¤ Meja was glad to be counted as a friend of Cas', during his short stay.

	¤ A friend gained and lost several times due to the Multiverse. Meja will always remember Collette's kindness during her arrival, and their subsequent friendship.

	¤ After that whole incident with the Yeerk, Meja found dealing with Nick sort of awkward and prickly due to her own social awkwardness and him being a teenager. She was trying her best to be a friend, though.

	¤ Meja doesn't do well with stand-offish types. She and Dean were fairly all right, though.

	¤ Meja wasn't quite sure what to think of him. But he helped her out once, when it was really needed, and she doesn't forget that kind of thing.

	¤ Meja doesn't do so well with prickly teenagers. She tried to help him as best she could.

	¤ Her little sparring partner. Confusing though he was, with his emotional distance to everything, Meja saw him as a little brother of sorts and was very protective of him. She'll miss him.

	¤ Meja was in love with Balthazar, and still is. He put her at ease like no other, and made her feel safe. He's a window away, at least, in theory.
